Revision of Specific Exemptions Under the Privacy Act

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to amend its regulations implementing the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act), to reflect the addition of exemptions in subsections (j)(2) and (k)(5) to an existing system of records and to update the list of exemptions that apply to specific NRC systems of records.
