Nuclear Regulatory Commission Issues Generic Letter 95-07 on Pressure Locking and Thermal Binding of Safety-Related Power-Operated Gate Valves

The NRC has requested nuclear power reactor licensees to describe their consideration of pressure locking and thermal binding of safety-related power-operated gate valves and their planned corrective actions, following a review of public comments on the issue.
