NRC Submits Proposal for Quality Management Program and Misadministrations Collection for OMB Review

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has submitted a proposal to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of a revision to the collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, which requires licensees to submit quality management programs and report misadministrations. The proposal affects approximately 6,388 individuals and organizations, including 3,825 respondents, who must submit quality management programs and report misadministrations annually.
