NHTSA Publishes New Standard for Compressed Natural Gas Vehicles

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has published a new Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 303, which sets performance requirements for the fuel system of compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, enhancing their fuel system integrity through crash testing and pressure drop limits.
