Robinson Helicopter Company Model R22 Helicopters: Airworthiness Directive Amendment

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an amendment to an existing airworthiness directive (AD) for Robinson Helicopter Company Model R22 helicopters, requiring more frequent inspections to prevent failure of the main rotor drive system and loss of control, following three accidents in Australia involving flexplate failures.
