British Aerospace Model BAe 146 and Model Avro 146-RJ Airplanes: Airworthiness Directive Amendment to Improve Elevator Water Drainage

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued an airworthiness directive amendment requiring modifications to the left- and right-hand elevators of certain British Aerospace Model BAe 146 and Model Avro 146-RJ airplanes to improve water drainage, following reports of elevator oscillations and pitch oscillations caused by water accumulation in the elevators.
