U.S. Department of Commerce Finds OCTAL SAOC FZC Sold Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin Below Cost During Administrative Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that OCTAL SAOC FZC, the sole producer/exporter under review, sold polyethylene terephthalate resin at a price lower than its normal value during the review period, from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024.
