Proposed Policy Regarding Airport Rates and Charges

On September 8, 1995, the Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration published a supplemental notice of a proposed policy statement in the Federal Register with respect to fair and reasonable and not unjustly discriminatory airport rates and charges and announced that at least two meetings for oral views would be held. The proposed policy statement sets forth DOT/FAA policy regarding airport practices that DOT/FAA would consider to be consistent with Federal requirements for airport rates and charges for aeronautical uses. This notice announces the date, time, location and procedures for the first meeting. A separate notice will be published about additional meetings.
