Robinson Helicopter Company Proposes Update to Airworthiness Directive for Model R22 Helicopters

The company is proposing to revise its airworthiness directive for the R22 helicopter to improve pilot safety in high winds and turbulence, and to require more experienced pilots to operate in these conditions.
