FAA Issues Advisory Circular 29-2A for Rotorcraft Certification

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has released Advisory Circular 29-2A, Certification of Transport Category Rotorcraft, to update the document with recent rule changes to 14 CFR Part 29 and harmonize it with the Joint Aviation Authority (JAA) for national standardization in rotorcraft certification.
