Boeing Proposes Update to Airworthiness Directive for 737-200 and -200C Airplanes

Boeing is proposing to update an existing airworthiness directive for certain 737-200 and -200C models, replacing the requirement for fail-safe straps with a new attach ring design, which would eliminate the need for repetitive inspections.
