FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Jacksonville Airports

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to rule on an application to collect revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Jacksonville International Airport and Craig Municipal Airport in Florida, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
