The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to create a controlled airspace area at North Las Vegas Air Terminal in Las Vegas, Nevada, to support Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations, following the development of a GPS Standard Instrument Approach Procedure (SIAP) to Runway 12.
