Federal Acquisition Regulation; Assignment of Claims - Proposed Rule

The proposed rule aims to expand the authority to prohibit setoffs against assignees when contractors assign a contract to a financial institution, and is exempt from review by the Office of Management and Budget under Executive Order 12866, dated September 30, 1993.
