General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation; Leasing Real Property

The General Services Administration (GSA) invites written comments on a proposal to amend the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to implement various provisions of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994 as they apply to the acquisition of leasehold interests in real property and to implement recommendation of a GSA process re-engineering team for streamlining and/or improving the lease acquisition process.
