Federal Acquisition Regulation; Repeal of Requirements for Secretarial/Agency Head Determinations Regarding Use of Cost Type or Incentive Contracts

The Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council has adopted the 1994 interim rule on cost type and incentive contracts, eliminating the need for a determination and findings process and updating the Federal Acquisition Regulation to align with the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act of 1994.
