U.S. Department of Commerce Postpones Final Determination on Indian Solar Cells and Extends Provisional Measures
The U.S. Department of Commerce is delaying the deadline for its final determination on whether Indian solar cells are sold at less-than-fair-value until September 10, 2026, and is also extending the temporary measures to last up to six months.
