U.S. Announces Competitive Need Limits and Per Capita GNP Limits for 1994

The U.S. Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) program will set competitive need limits and per capita GNP limits for 1994, affecting certain countries and products that exceeded these limits, with ineligible goods becoming ineligible for GSP on July 1, 1995.
