Notice is hereby given that the report submitted by the President under section 1206 of the Omnibus Trade and Tariff Act of 1988 (1988 Act) to Committee on Ways and Means of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Finance of the Senate for the implementation of HTS changes is available for review in the public reading room at the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
