U.S. International Trade Commission Upholds Decision on Certain Portable On-Car Disc Brake Lathes and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review an initial determination regarding a potential tariff violation, finding no evidence of wrongdoing by the subject companies, including those involved in the production of portable on-car disc brake lathes and components, in relation to section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
