U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Sanyo Companies' Termination of Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a decision to terminate an investigation into Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd. and Sanyo Energy (USA) Corp. due to a licensing agreement between the complainants and the respondents.
