Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Concerning Post-Investigation Retention and Use of Confidential Business Information From Investigations on Unfair Practices in Import Trade

The US Commission proposes to update its rules to allow lawyers who signed an administrative protective order to keep certain confidential business information from an investigation for a set period and use it for limited purposes.
