U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Toshiba License Agreement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a licensing agreement between Energy Conversion Devices, Inc. and Ovonic Battery Co., Inc. and Toshiba Battery Co., Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc., and Toshiba America Consumer Products, Inc., which granted the companies' request to terminate an investigation into the use of rechargeable nickel metal hydride anode materials and batteries.
