Certain Neodymium-Iron-Boron Magnets, Magnet Alloys, and Articles Containing the Same; Notice of Investigation

Crucible Materials Corporation has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain neodymium-iron-boron magnets, magnet alloys, and articles containing the same infringe on U.S. patent 4,588,439. The company is seeking a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
