US Commerce Corrects Preliminary Determination on Argentine Oil Country Tubular Goods

The US Department of Commerce has corrected its preliminary determination on Argentine oil country tubular goods, stating that they are not being sold at less than fair value, leading the US International Trade Commission to rescind its investigation into the matter, but continuing its ongoing investigations into tubular goods from other countries.
