Global Competitiveness of U.S. Environmental Technology Industries: Air Pollution Prevention and Control

In response to a request from the Senate Committee on Finance, the Commission has instituted investigation No. 332-361, Global Competitiveness of U.S. Environmental Technology Industries: Air Pollution Prevention and Control, under section 332(g) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1332(g)).
