USITC Will Not Proceed With Proposed Rulemaking on Voting Procedures in Investigations and Related Proceedings

The US International Trade Commission (USITC) has decided not to move forward with proposed rule changes aimed at increasing the number of votes required for review of initial determinations in certain investigations, and clarifying the impact of a tie vote on post-review decisions.
