Patent Appeal and Interference Practice

The Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) is amending the rules of practice in patent cases relating to patent appeal and interference proceedings. The changes include amendments to conform the interference rules to new legislative requirements and a number of clarifying and housekeeping amendments.
