US Patent and Trademark Office Seeks Public Comments on Right of Priority and Electronic Exchange of Documents

The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is soliciting written public comment on its statutory and regulatory requirements for obtaining the right of priority from foreign applications, as well as the electronic exchange of priority documents with the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Japanese Patent Office (JPO).
