FERC to Automate Electronic Filing of Annual Report of Major Electric Utilities

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is amending its regulations to require electronic filing of FERC Form No. 1, Annual Report of Major electric utilities, licensees and others, starting with the 1994 reporting year, in addition to the existing paper copies.
