U.S. Department of Commerce Amends Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells from Indonesia

The U.S. Department of Commerce is revising its initial assessment of solar cells from Indonesia, citing the need to consider previously unavailable information and adverse inferences, in order to determine whether these solar cells are being sold at a price lower than their fair market value.
