U.S. Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines Antidumping Duties on Large Diameter Welded Pipe from Türkiye

The U.S. Department of Commerce has found that producers/exporters of large diameter welded pipe from Türkiye sold the product at less than fair value during the review period, and is rescinding the review for 12 companies, inviting comments on the preliminary results.
