FERC Issues Order on Hydropower Licenses, Dismissing Rehearing and Reconsideration Requests

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has issued an order dismissing requests for rehearing and denying requests for reconsideration of two policy statements related to hydropower licenses and decommissioning, issued on December 14, 1994.
