NIST Establishes Food Nutrition and Safety Measurements and Methods Consortium

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is launching the Food Nutrition and Safety (FNS) Measurements and Methods Consortium to develop and evaluate measurement methods and standards for the food testing community, with the goal of advancing food measurement capabilities and supporting the development of best practices and standard methods.
