FERC Proposes Changes to Filing Requirements for Oil Pipelines

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is proposing to reduce the filing requirements for oil pipelines, exempting those with minimal revenues from annual charges and requiring them to still file a specific page of their annual report.
