FERC Finalizes Rule on Minimum Filing Requirements for Oil Pipelines

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) has revised the filing requirements for oil pipelines, exempting companies with minimal revenues from annual charges and requiring them to still submit a specific schedule. The exemption applies to pipelines with revenues below $350,000 for the past three years.
