NMFS Adjusts Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Angling Category Retention Limits

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is changing the daily retention limits for Atlantic bluefin tuna (BFT) in the Angling category, allowing private vessels with HMS permits to catch two BFT, charter boat vessels with HMS permits to catch three BFT, and headboat vessels with HMS permits to catch six BFT, with specific size restrictions and limitations on large school/small medium-sized fish.
