CPSC Announces Amnesty for Firms Failing to Report Defects, Waives Preliminary Hazard Determinations

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is offering a one-time amnesty to companies that have previously failed to report defects, and will waive preliminary hazard determinations if firms report the issue and implement corrective action within 20 working days.
