Radio Broadcasting Services; Request for Comments on Channel Substitution and License Modification

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by Faircom Flint, Inc. to substitute Channel 268A for Channel 269A at Tuscola, Michigan, and modify the license for Station WBBN. The proposal also includes changes at Coleman, Michigan, and Sebewaing, Michigan, with potential allotment of Channel 281A to the Sebewaing community if interest is expressed during the comment period.
