FCC Streamlines Antenna Structure Clearance Procedure and Updates Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has proposed new rules to simplify the process for clearing antenna structures, revise painting and lighting requirements, and shift responsibility to structure owners, aiming to reduce regulatory burdens and keep pace with FAA updates.
