FCC Grants Extension to Foreign-Affiliated Entities Market Entry and Regulation Notice

The Federal Communications Commission has extended the deadline for comments and reply comments on its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Market Entry and Regulation of Foreign-Affiliated Entities to April 11, 1995, following a two-week extension request from Telefonica Larga Distancia de Puerto Rico, Inc. (TLD).
