The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved changes to radio broadcasting licenses in Spencer, Iowa, and St. James, Minnesota, at the request of Iowa Great Lakes Broadcasting Company, Inc. The FCC has modified licenses to specify channel assignments and retained a channel at Sac City, Iowa, while allotting new channels to Spencer and St. James to avoid interference with other stations.
