FCC Adopts New Rules to Reform Interstate Access Tariff and Revenue Distribution Processes

The Federal Communications Commission has adopted new rules to reform the administration of interstate access tariffs and revenue distribution processes, increasing accountability and strengthening internal operations, and requiring NECA to eliminate incentive compensation plans that may induce non-compliance.
