Deletion of Agenda Items From May 4th Open Meeting

The Commission will discuss potential changes to rules governing broadcast television networks' relationships with affiliates, advertising rates, and sales representation, as well as consider a petition from NYNEX Telephone Companies to waive certain rules and preserve universal service in a competitive environment.
