FCC Proposes Rule Change to Increase Expense Limit for Telephone Companies' Equipment

The Federal Communications Commission has proposed a rule change to raise the expense limit for certain items of equipment for Class A and Class B telephone companies from $500 to $750, in response to inflation, increased competition, and rapid technological advancements since 1988.
