Reconsideration of Denial of Equipment Authorization

The Commission is seeking comment on a petition requesting reconsideration of the denial of equipment authorization for cable system terminal devices. This action is taken pursuant to 47 CFR Section 1.115 in order to obtain a complete record prior to responding to the petition.
