Reorganization To Create a Competition Division Within the Office of General Counsel

The Commission is reorganizing its Office of General Counsel to create a Competition Division, and also making minor changes to the office as a result of other reorganizations within the Commission, as outlined in the proposed amendment to the Commission's Rules.
