FCC Allocates FM Channels to Essex and Needles, California, Following Petitions and Counter-Proposals

The US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has allocated Channel 280B to Essex, California, and Channel 296B to Needles, California, as the second local FM services for each community, following petitions and counter-proposals filed by Dunes Broadcasting and David A. Petrick, respectively. The allotments were made in response to a rule-making petition filed on behalf of Dunes Broadcasting (RM-8052) and a counter-proposal filed on behalf of David A. Petrick (RM-8121).
