The FCC has approved a change in radio channel allocation for stations in College Station, Texas, and Caldwell, Texas, effectively upgrading Channel 236C2 to Channel 297C3 at College Station and modifying the license of Station KTSR to operate on Channel 237C2. This decision also denies a competing request for a Channel 236C2 upgrade at Caldwell, Texas, and terminates the proceeding.
