Radio Broadcasting Services; Klamath Falls, Altamont, Butte Falls, OR, Dorris, CA

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved a proposal by Terry A. Cowan to allot Channel 284C1 to Klamath Falls, OR, as the community's fourth local FM service, while denying a proposal by Western States Broadcasting, Inc. to substitute Channel 284C1 for Channel 249C1 at Altamont, OR, and allotting Channel 284C3 to Dorris, California.
